What happens when the free trial ends?
We email you before it runs out. If you add a card, your plan starts and nothing changes. If you don't, your account is paused — your data stays exactly where it is and comes straight back when you subscribe.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You pick a plan, use the whole trial, and only enter a card when you decide to keep going.
Can I switch plans later?
Any time, up or down, from inside the app. We prorate it — you only pay the difference for the days left in the month.
What if a payment fails?
You get a 7-day grace period and a reminder. Nothing is deleted and access isn't cut off while we retry the card.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from your billing page, no phone call. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Is my data mine?
Yes. Your jobs, estimates, invoices and receipts belong to you, and you can export them at any time.
I'm on QuickBooks now — do I have to start over?
No. Connect your QuickBooks account and we bring your customers, vendors, invoices and expenses over for you, then show you the results before anything is saved.
