Terms of Service & End-User License Agreement

1. Agreement
These terms form a binding agreement between you (“you” or “Customer”) and TradeFlow (“we”, “us”) governing your use of the TradeFlow web application at tradeflowbase.com and any related services. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms.
2. License
Subject to these terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use TradeFlow for your own business operations. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or copy the software, or use it to build a competing product.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity by users you invite to your workspace. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
4. Subscriptions, trials and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on the interval shown at checkout. Free trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the trial ends. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.
5. Your data
You retain all rights to the business data you enter into or import into TradeFlow, including data imported from accounting systems such as QuickBooks Online. We process that data only to provide the service, and you may export it at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Third-party connections
If you connect a third-party service such as QuickBooks Online, you authorize TradeFlow to access and import data from that service on your behalf using the permissions you grant. Your use of the third-party service remains governed by that provider’s own terms. You may disconnect at any time from within TradeFlow.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use TradeFlow for unlawful purposes, to upload malicious code, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other customers’ data, or to interfere with the operation of the service.
8. Availability and support
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, and feature changes may occur. Support is provided by email during normal business hours.
9. Disclaimer
TradeFlow is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. TradeFlow is a business management tool and does not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for verifying financial figures and filings with a qualified professional.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that remain unpaid. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period before deletion.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
